As National Speech Pathology Clinical Lead, Dana is responsible for the supervision, education and service development of Ability Action Australia’s speech pathologists and speech pathology team leaders across Australia.
Dana has led multidisciplinary health teams, run academic paediatric simulations, developed staff learning packs and presented at national conferences. She is passionate about health leadership and service development. Her approach is strength-based, reflective and inclusive, with a focus on staff wellbeing and lifelong learning.

Dana’s extensive experience is coupled with her qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma of Mental Health – Infant Stream and a Bachelor of Speech Pathology.
