Position: Behaviour Support Practitioner - Caroline Springs

Hatice is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who has recently transitioned from the Correctional System. She works closely with NDIS participants and their families to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

Hatice uses an empathetic and non-judgmental approach that takes into account the participant’s feelings and views to ensure their needs are met effectively.

She supports diverse client groups including adults, adolescents, and children across different settings including community, educational, and correctional environments.

Her experience includes supporting clients who live with:

  • Intellectual disabilities and developmental delay
  • Neurological conditions such as ASD and ADHD
  • Complex trauma
  • Dual diagnoses

Hatice’s favourite part of her job is “helping people and making a positive impact in their lives”.

She is based in Caroline Springs and supports NDIS participants in western Melbourne and Geelong.
