Josephine Moore

Josephine is a newly qualified occupational therapist after completing her degree in 2021.

During her university studies, she undertook several practical placements in healthcare settings to apply her theoretical knowledge.

Josephine’s placements involved:

• Facilitating discharge planning in a multidisciplinary team within a hospital inpatient ward
• Delivering paediatric therapy sessions in a private paediatric clinic to children with a range of developmental delays and their families

She has also worked as a community support worker in the aged care sector, providing high quality care to elderly and vulnerable clients.

Josephine is passionate about increasing quality of life for individuals.

“What I find the most rewarding in supporting people living with disability is being able to provide a real and often immediate positive impact in the lives of those in my community,” she says.

Josephine is thrilled to be supporting NDIS participants across the Sunshine Coast.
