William Stevens

William is an Occupational Therapist who has just completed a Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney.

During his studies, Will completed a number of clinical placements in both public and private practice, as well as in the NDIS sector.

This has given him experience providing Occupational Therapy support across a variety of different settings such as:

• Residential Aged Care
• NDIS Community-based supports
• Acute Care
• Inpatient Forensic Mental Health

When asked about his favourite part of supporting people living with disability, Will answered: “I love to support people overcome barriers that they saw in themselves or in their environment, and see the pride in themselves for what they have achieved. Everyone with a disability has their own story and it is a privilege to be a part of them.”

Will is based in Ability Action Australia’s head office in Sydney’s CBD, and supports NDIS participants throughout the city
