Alison has been an Occupational Therapist for close to 15 years, working in various clinical and managerial positions within and outside the MedHealth group (the parent company of Ability Action Australia).

Marie-Eve Dostie

National Pediatric Clinical and Team Lead

Marie-Eve has extensive experience with paediatric populations and has been working with children for over 20 years. Her leadership is key to our paediatric NDIS services.

Andrew Barton

Head of Operations - QLD/NT

After working as a physio for 10 years, Andrew made the switch to Ability Action Australia. Now he oversees our daily operations in Queensland and the Top End, as well as the personal and professional development of our passionate team.

Heather Hill

Head of Operations - WA/SA

Heather’s role is to build and lead a team of high-performing multidisciplinary allied health practitioners who provide best-practice services to participants of the NDIS. In addition to her managerial skill, she is also an experienced OT with capability in many areas of practice.

Jin Ou

Business Partner - Perth

Jin’s role is to build and lead a multidisciplinary team of allied health practitioners who provide best-practice services to NDIS participants. Her management expertise is backed up with 17 years of experience as a physiotherapist.

Clinical Quality Assurance Officer - Perth

Rachel is an experienced Social Worker with 10 years of clinical experience. Her role is to provide clinically accurate and compliant NDIS allied health assessments, as well as to ensure quality standards are achieved.
