Erika is a Concierge Officer with a passion for providing exceptional service to individuals from diverse backgrounds. With over two years of experience as a Medical Administrator, Erika has gained extensive knowledge in managing complex medical records and coordinating medical services for patients during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Erika has also worked with children with severe emotional and behavioural difficulties in school settings, where she provided one-on-one support to help students overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. Her experience extends to working with clients of a probation service, where she implemented a step-by-step program to provide emotional and behavioural support for adolescents in a community-based centre.
In addition, Erika has worked with an alternative education program for at-risk children, providing them with a safe and nurturing learning environment. Throughout her career, Erika has demonstrated:
