As our Graduate Program Manager, Fiona is focused on providing students and graduates from university with early career opportunities that match their skills, motivations, and career goals.

Joining Ability Action Australia has given Fiona an opportunity to be a part of an organisation that truly makes a positive impact on people’s lives. She feels privileged to provide emerging talent in allied health with a pathway to be a part of an amazing journey that is supportive, progressive and rewarding.

Fiona has more than 20 years of experience in the early careers landscape, practising in the corporate sector across investment banking, professional services and telecommunications, as well as in emergency services and health.

She loves that she can support people living with disability to achieve more out of their life and succeed in what they set out to accomplish.
