Hannah Dawson

Hannah is a highly skilled Physiotherapist and leader with experience managing teams across a broad range of clinical areas. Her passion lies in coaching, mentoring, upskilling and developing staff to ensure that participants receive the highest quality care possible.

With a decade spent in the industry, Hannah has worked within aged-care, community and hospital settings. Before joining Ability Action Australia, she worked as a community and disability services manager at Plena Healthcare.

At Plena, Hannah managed business development and client relationships. She was also responsible for clinical governance and quality management, whilst supporting team leaders across Victoria and Tasmania and ensuring staff received appropriate development, mentoring and upskilling.

• Service Manager at Transform Physio

Hannah embraces change and the opportunities it provides her to further her leadership skills. Throughout her time managing, she has thrived on the opportunity to complete business development, client and budget management, recruitment, mentoring and supporting staff and service development.
