Kassie Pocza

Kassie is a Team Leader and Behaviour Support Practitioner with a wealth of experience supporting participants to achieve their goals. She has also supported her teams to deliver positive behaviour outcomes  to clients facing an array of challenges.

Prior to joining Ability Action Australia, Kassie spent two years’ working in behaviour support. Initially, she focused on forensic behaviour support and the supervision of complex paediatric behaviour support files. However, she went on to support National Operations Management with behaviour support strategy.

Her previous roles and experience include:

• Three years working in crisis response management
• 1 year as a Specialised Student Engagement Teacher Aide
• Six months as a Cyber Security Response Officer

“I love bringing a holistic approach to disability support. I believe that no elements of support in this sector should happen in isolation, and working within the NDIS framework allows for true collaboration to ensure everyone is supported to the full extent of our capacity as providers,” she says.

Kassie is excited to be supporting her teams along the Sunshine Coast.
