Vicky Petropoulos

Vicky’s responsible for building strong customer relationships and partnerships throughout Australia, and supporting NDIS participants to get more out of life today.

She’s always been passionate about making a positive impact. Vicky believes the great thing about supporting people in the NDIS is that it’s all about choice – understanding the needs of an individual and what they want and helping turn that into a reality for them.

Before joining Ability Action Australia she worked with mlcoa for seven years, firstly as the General Manager for NSW, and then as the National Account Manager.

Vicky’s achievements include:

• Developing mlcoa’s overarching account framework and overseeing and managing key national customers
• Delivering a strategic and sustainable approach to account management, partnerships and business growth

Before joining the medico-legal space, she began her career as a case manager in the workplace rehabilitation provider sector, supporting clients in their safe return to work and assisting insurers and employers to mitigate risk in their workplaces.

Vicky then worked as team leader, training and supporting other staff, before moving into branch, state and general manager positions where she managed the operations, led the strategic direction and enabled business growth.

She’s excited to be working for a responsive, respectful, empowering provider service that connects participants to support.
