Leah Wood

Leah brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Concierge Officer at Ability Action Australia, with a diverse background in Disability Support Coordination.

Throughout her career, Leah has held various positions focusing on supporting individuals of all ages and disabilities. She has crafted and implemented tailored Behavioural Intervention Plans, and has many years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or with Down syndrome.

Leah is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those she serves, and has an excellent attention to detail and unwavering advocacy for inclusive practices within the community.

In her current role, Leah is responsible for:

• Providing information to participants and their families
• Organising participant appointments
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
