Caleb Hay

Caleb is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience in disability support, youth work, and the NDIS.

While completing his Bachelor of Social Work, Caleb worked as a Disability Support Worker supporting clients in rural and urban areas, as well as a Case Manager for young people in the care of Child Safety.

Caleb’s prior experience also includes leading teams of youth workers and residential care facilities, as well as Quality Assurance roles within NDIS organisations.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Caleb works one-on-one with participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs.

Caleb works with all age groups, performing Functional Behaviour Assessments, creating Behaviour Support Plans, and providing education and training for participants and their families.

Caleb is based in Southport and supports NDIS participants throughout the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region
