Ability Action Australia
NDIS Therapeutic Supports Provider
Shanaye is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based at Ability Action Australia’s Dandenong clinic.
Prior to joining Ability Action Australia, Shanaye worked as an ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) Therapist for two years, where she supported children living with autism between two and eight years old, teaching crucial skills necessary for their development.
Her role also required her to work collaboratively with parents to address specific areas and ensure their children received the best quality of care for their individual needs.
In Shanaye’s own words: “I love helping people feel empowered and showing them all of the things that make them special, especially those with disabilities. We are all kinder when we collaborate and work together to help find better outcomes for the people who need our help.”
Shanaye provides Positive Behaviour Support services throughout metropolitan Melbourne.
