Grace Ma

Grace is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who has recently completed a Graduate Diploma of Psychology.

She has worked in the mental health field since 2021, including prior experience as a Support Worker and a Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

During this time, Grace primarily supported people:

• Living with Complex Personality Disorders
• Who have a history of incarceration
• Living with intellectual disability

Her experience also includes working with clients across the lifespan, as well as Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

Grace’s favourite part of working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is “supporting people and watching them build capacity to make meaningful changes towards their own life.”

Grace is based in Caroline Springs, and supports NDIS Participants throughout Melbourne’s western suburbs.
