Alice Hollier

Position: Senior Speech Pathologist - Penrith

Alice has worked in the disability field for 11 years. Over five of those years, she has gained clinical experience working as a community-based Speech Pathologist under the NDIS.

As a Speech Pathologist, Alice has supported people of all ages living with conditions such as autism, intellectual disability, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy and a range of genetic syndromes.

She is passionate about implementing best practice, gaining experience in the transdisciplinary model of practice, and designing, programming and running a variety of social skills groups.

Alice’s clinical skills include:

  • Assessing, prescribing, and supporting the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication for children living with autism and adults living with motor neurone disease and cerebral palsy
  • Social skills training
  • Early language intervention
  • Mealtime management

She is passionate about playing her part in creating a world where social barriers are not more disabling than a disability itself.

Alice feels very privileged to spend every day working with capable individuals, supporting them to gain independence and equipping them with the skills needed to advocate for their wants and needs.

She is delighted to be working with participants across western Sydney.
