Cailen Lee

Cailen is an exercise physiologist who is keen to put his skills and experience into supporting NDIS participants with Ability Action Australia.

Previously, Cailen worked across Australia Post’s warehouses in an occupational rehabilitation capacity. He worked with employees with musculoskeletal conditions while educating and training them on the importance of safe manual handling. He also gained experience carrying out functional movement screens.

During his time at university, Cailen took part in various placements. This included time spent at Victoria University as a clinical exercise science placement coordinator. He has experience supporting people with neurological conditions and aged clients through his time at NeuroMoves, Geelong Neuro Centre and Western Health.

As an exercise physiologist with Ability Action Australia, he is supporting participants to:

• Improve mental health, wellbeing and self-esteem
• Effectively self-manage their condition
• Improve mobility and physical function

“I love helping people live a better quality of life through exercise,
and building high-quality rapport with participants,” he says.

Based in Prahran, Cailen is excited to be supporting NDIS clients in Melbourne.
