Position: Concierge Officer

As an experienced Concierge Officer, Cat possesses a diverse range of skills and expertise in providing support to individuals with disability of all ages. She has an impressive track record of success working in various care settings, including long day-care, before and after school care, and as a Support Worker for individuals with different abilities and conditions.

Cat is a dedicated professional who can establish a strong rapport with clients and their families, and support children who require additional help with learning. She has a particular talent for working with non-verbal children and adults, as well as clients with mental health conditions. Her compassionate and patient approach creates a safe and comfortable environment for her clients to thrive.

Cat’s communication skills are excellent, and she collaborates effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. She is a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best possible care. In her role as a Concierge Officer with Ability Action Australia, Cat has the following skills which help her support participants:
