Charlotte Unwin

Charlotte is an accomplished Speech Pathologist with extensive experience spanning both the private and public sectors in the United Kingdom. Beginning her career with the NHS Adults with Learning Disabilities team, Charlotte served as both an assistant and a qualified Speech and Language Therapist. In this capacity she aided individuals with diverse speech and language needs.

Transitioning to the private sector, Charlotte joined a paediatric team where she further honed her expertise in assessing and treating children with specific speech, language, and social communication challenges.

Charlotte also worked as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team contributing to the Autism Assessment and Diagnosis panel, demonstrating her commitment to comprehensive patient care and collaboration.

With a dedication to improving the lives of her clients, Charlotte’s professional journey underscores her proficiency in working across various age groups and addressing a spectrum of speech and language disorders. In her current role, Charlotte can provide support through:

• Language, speech and voice assessments
• Assessing and diagnosing swallowing disorders
• Tailoring therapy sessions and treatment plans

She is looking forward to supporting NDIS participants in the Gold Coast region.
