Hailey Soles

Hailey is a highly qualified Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 16 years of dedicated front-line experience in disability respite care.

She has specific experience managing the behaviours of adolescents and children with high and complex needs, particularly those living with dual diagnoses surrounding physical, emotional, and/or psychological trauma.

Hailey’s experience includes conducting diagnostic assessments within a psychological behavioural profile. She has adapted this experience to suit the needs of NDIS health services.

Hailey’s professional mission centres on trauma-informed care, advocating for the least restrictive practice and promoting positive behaviour reinforcement.

What she finds most rewarding about her work is “facilitating and empowering others to live their best life, on their terms, within their limits.”
