Hayleigh, Concierge Officer

Hayleigh McLean

Position: Concierge Officer

In her current position, Hayleigh acts as a first point of contact for participants, with her broad responsibility seeing her ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of activities and services related to client care and support. Some of her day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns
  • Assisting clients with the initial intake process
  • Managing and scheduling client appointments

“I love when you assist someone to achieve a goal they have been working towards. It is so rewarding to celebrate their wins together, no matter how big or small,” she says.
