Position: Occupational Therapist - Melbourne

Jackson is a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a wealth of experience making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with diverse needs. With a comprehensive background spanning various roles within the disability support sector, Jackson brings a holistic perspective to his role at Ability Action Australia.

Jackson has gained experience facilitating an array of services, including personal care, skill development, community integration and fostering independence. These experiences further solidified his passion for empowering others and laid the foundation for his career in occupational therapy.

His proficiency extends to addressing a spectrum of disability, including mental health conditions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, intellectual disability and autism.

Jackson has experience conducting a diverse range of assessments. From observation assessments to client initial assessments, he has honed his skills in client-centred care planning and evaluating progress. Other assessments he can utilise include:

  • Canadian Occupational Performance Measure
