NDIS Therapeutic Supports Provider
Jashan brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Ability Action Australia. With a background as a Disability Support Worker, she has honed her skills in providing person-centred care, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
She has supported clients in achieving their individual NDIS goals by assisting with daily activities, home care, personal care, or facilitating social inclusion and community access. She has attended group activities with clients that provide engaging and supportive interactions.
Jashan has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as 5 years old to the elderly. She has experience assisting individuals who are living with intellectual disabilities, as well as mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, bipolar mood disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, anxiety disorders and dementia.
