Jing brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a Speech Pathologist at Ability Action Australia.
Jing has experience in offering formal comprehensive oral and written language assessments, assessments for reading comprehension, phonological processing tests, and more. Prior to her current position, Jing worked as an Education Support at a primary school for several years. Here, she crafted play-based interventions and individualised education programs for children with special needs between the ages of 3 and 12. Throughout her work, Jing employs a compassionate, family-centred approach. She has experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, Angelman syndrome, cerebral palsy, dyslexia, and traumatic brain injuries.
In the past, Jing also worked as a lecturer at Sichuan University, China, from 2003 to 2006. In this role, she supported college students with various neurodiverse needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment for all.
