Position: Concierge Officer

Josie is a dedicated Concierge Officer with six years of valuable experience in the field of aged care. Her extensive background in areas such as work health safety, food safety and injury management has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and skills that seamlessly align with the standards and requirements of the NDIS.

Throughout her career in aged care, Josie consistently demonstrated her commitment to managing risk and ensuring the wellbeing of all stakeholders involved. She excelled in the completion of thorough risk assessments, actively participated in the compilation of business continuity plans, and led the induction process for contractors while meticulously documenting compliance.

Josie ensured the safety of workers, clients, their families, and all visitors to aged care facilities. Many of the clients she supported were in high care with memory and behavioural concerns, amputees, wheelchair, or bed bound.

Throughout her career, she has gained experience that she can translate into her role as it relates to the NDIS, including:

  • Participating in continuous improvement projects
