Katie Ingham

Position: Provisional Psychologist - ACT

Katie is a provisional psychologist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of NDIS clients. In her former role, she assisted clients with psychological injuries to rehabilitate and return to the workplace. She also has experience providing therapeutic supports to NDIS participants, and has acted as support coordinator.

Katie is a friendly and supportive clinician who seeks to build strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. She has experience working with clients with a range of disabilities, including autistic spectrum disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, attachment disorders, intellectual disabilities, and eating disorders.

She finds working with individuals of all ages rewarding, but is most passionate about working with children with ASD to help them to improve the quality of their lives and psychological wellbeing.

In her role with Ability Action Australia, she can provide:

  • Clinical assessments
  • Psychological interventions and reports
  • Rehabilitation

She says “I love working with individuals with disabilities to help them improve their wellbeing and to live more fulfilling and happy lives. I find it to be a great privilege to share the clients’ challenges and triumphs they have faced throughout their own life journeys.”

Katie is proud to be servicing NDIS participants in the Canberra and Queanbeyan region.
