NDIS Therapeutic Supports Provider

Keely, Behaviour Support Practitioner

Keely Hay

Position: Behaviour Support Practitioner - Brisbane

Keely’s journey in the disability sector began as a community access support worker, where she worked closely with participants ranging from children as young as 4, to young adults and adults. In this role, she assisted individuals in achieving their therapy goals, completing homework tasks, provided support with daily living activities, facilitated skill-building exercises, and offered assistance with community access.

Keely is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those she serves. Since transitioning into her current role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Keely continues to leverage her experience to deliver person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs.

Keely can provide support by:

  • Conducting assessments to understand suitable supports
  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans
  • Collaborating with participants’ support networks

“I love that I get to learn about all sorts of diagnoses and that I can see and work with people to overcame barriers or find their own unique ways to tackle what’s important to them in their lives. I find the most rewarding work is the kind where I can help others to achieve what matters to them or help ease a burden in some capacity” says Keely.

Based in North Lakes, Keely is looking forward to providing support across northern Brisbane.
