Position: Behaviour Support Practitioner - Brisbane

Kimberley brings a unique experience to her role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has spent the previous four years in NDIS recruitment for Allied Health professionals, and more specifically in her role as a Talent Acquisition Advisor within Ability Action Australia. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in screening and interviewing prospective employees, and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Kimberley now utilises her comprehensive understanding of the NDIS landscape in her current role, to directly impact the lives of individuals in need of support. She brings a compassionate approach to behaviour support, and is committed to bringing about positive change. Kimberley is passionate about mental health, and also volunteers her services in the mental health sector in her spare time.

In her current position, Kimberley can provide support by:

  • Creating tailored support plans
  • Promoting independence and quality of life
  • Developing the participants skills

“I love supporting people with disability. Seeing how much difference it can make to someone’s day, just by having someone believe in them, is very rewarding” says Kimberley.

Kimberley is excited to be supporting NDIS participants in Brisbane.
