Kristen O’Donnell

Kristen has over three years of experience in the behaviour support field, where she has provided comprehensive support to a diverse range of individuals, with a primary focus on children between the ages of two and 18 living with autism spectrum disorder and other participants accessing the NDIS.

Throughout her career, Kristen has honed her skills in behaviour therapy and consultancy, equipping her with the tools necessary to bring about positive change in the lives of her clients. Her dedication to fostering growth and development is evident in her work with children and young individuals, where she empowers them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Kristen’s adeptness in behaviour therapy has been instrumental in creating customised interventions that address the unique needs of each child she works with. She has experience carrying out a range of assessments to understand the most suitable intervention, including:
