Laura is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who works with children and adults across the greater Perth region. She supports people to achieve their goals and ensure they get to experience the best quality of life.

Prior to joining Ability Action Australia, Laura’s experience includes:

• Autism Initiatives: Day Service & Outreach Manager (supporting adults with Autism)
• Breakthru: Team Leader & Support Coordinator (supporting adults and children living with intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities)
• Autism Partnership: Behavioural Support Therapist (supporting children living with disability)
• The Anne Sullivan Centre: Key Worker and Team Leader (supporting adults with a deaf blind dual diagnosis)
