Laura Fleming

Laura is a dedicated physiotherapist with extensive experience in various clinical settings. Her passion is helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds participate in the community and live meaningful lives.

She currently specialises in developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans for individuals with varying needs utilising both standardised and non-standardised assessments in her clinical work.

Laura supports clients with a range of conditions, including:

• Neurological disorders (stroke, Cerebral Palsy, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease)
• Chronic pain
• Orthopaedic surgeries and musculoskeletal injuries
• Dementia and frailty
• Developmental delay
• Muscular dystrophy

She loves supporting people from all walks of life to set their own goals and achieve them. “I want to use my knowledge and experience to help people have an optimal quality of life and make the most of every day,” she says.
