Xiaojun (Michael) Zhou

Michael is a motivated, caring and dedicated Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner with a passion for working with individuals with long-term health conditions and disabilities.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, Michael has experience delivering services under the NDIS including effective services for participants with complex needs.

He has knowledge of a range of evidence-based psychological therapies and experience in the development and implementation
of positive behaviour support plans.

Previously, Michael worked as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, assisting adults with disability, illness and injury to recover at work and achieve independence in their homes and communities.

He supports NDIS participants across Melbourne.
