Position: Key Worker and Team Leader - Wollongong

Michelle is a dedicated and experienced Key Worker and Team Leader with a strong background in early childhood and primary education. Since 2009, she has been actively involved in the field, serving in various educator, teaching and leadership roles. Her expertise extends to her work as a Key Worker Consolidated Practice Clinician and Allied Health Team Leader, where she provides invaluable support to children and their families from birth to nine years.

In her role, Michelle utilises her extensive knowledge and skills to support children with a wide range of disability and developmental challenges. She has worked with diverse conditions, including autism, ADHD, global developmental delay, speech delay, oppositional defiant disorder, early childhood trauma, and genetic disorders.

Michelle can utilise a range of assessments, including:

  • Sensory Profile Pearson assessments
  • Behaviour assessments
  • Speech screening assessments

Michelle also enjoys collaborating with other professionals. This multidisciplinary approach allows her to develop comprehensive therapy plans and goals, tailored to each child’s specific requirements.

“I love being part of someone’s journey. In particular, I enjoy supporting children and families to reach their goals,” she says.

Michelle is supporting NDIS participants in Sutherland Shire and Wollongong.
