Neelay Pandey

Position: Behaviour Support Practitioner - Sydney

Neelay is an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Practitioner with Ability Action Australia. He has a strong foundational experience having previously worked as a support worker providing care for NDIS participants, where he efficiently managed a caseload of up to 8 clients on a fortnightly basis.

Neelay is committed to empowering individuals living with disability to lead fulfilling lives, by tailoring assistance to suit individual needs.
He fosters independence by assisting clients in completing errands, and taking steps to promote healthy lifestyles.

With a Bachelor of Psychology obtained in 2023 and training as a new worker for the NDIS, Neelay is equipped with a solid academic background to complement his practical experience.

In his role with Ability Action Australia, Neelay is responsible for:

  • Creating positive, personalised treatment plans for clients
  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans
  • Assisting clients to access their communities

Based in Penrith, Neelay is looking forward to supporting NDIS participants across Greater Western Sydney.
