Nicole Coleman

Nicole is a highly motivated Concierge Officer with extensive experience in the disability support sector. With over five years of experience as a Mental Health Support Worker, she has also worked as a Community Support Worker and an In-home Care Assistant, supporting people of all ages.

In her role as a Concierge Officer for Ability Action Australia, Nicole draws upon her rich experience to provide exceptional service to clients. She has excellent communication skills, an empathetic nature, and an ability to establish strong rapport with clients.

Nicole is passionate about providing quality care and support to people with disability and is committed to ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Her diverse experience has given her the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations while providing personalised solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

In her role with Ability Action Australia, Nicole supports NDIS clients in a number of ways. This includes:

• Being a first point of contact for new participants
• Managing and coordinating participants’ appointments
• Collaborating with allied health professionals
