Position: Behaviour Support Practitioner - Sydney

Pauline is a passionate and attentive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in early childhood assessments. With previous experience in a psychology clinic as an intake officer, Pauline conducted the initial screenings and assessments of clients for psychologists. She dealt with individuals of all ages, such as clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), neurological delays, speech impairments, and sight impairments.

In addition to her clinical experience, Pauline has also worked as a Team Lead at a gymnastics centre for kids, where she conducted ongoing developmental and physical assessments for children aged 2 to 10. In this role, she worked closely with children with diverse needs, including those who were nonverbal, as well as children with down syndrome, ASD and ADHD.

Pauline is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all, that fosters social and emotional growth. In her current role as Behaviour Support Practitioner, Pauline can provide support by:

  • Conducting assessments to understand suitable supports
  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans
  • Creating tailored interventions

Based in Penrith, Pauline is looking forward to supporting NDIS participants in the Hills District and surrounds.
