Quynhi is a resourceful and resilient leader who thrives in dynamic environments. As a Business Partner with Ability Action Australia, she is passionate about improving the quality of life for participants and their families.

As a qualified Occupational Therapist with a wealth of experience, she has excellent knowledge of the industry. Having worked in a range of practice settings, including the community and rehabilitation centres, she has supported NDIS participants from across the lifespan to achieve their goals.

As lateral thinker who adopts a coaching mindset, she has a passion for leading multidisciplinary teams to success through maximising efficiency and optimising workplace culture.

At Ability Action Australia, Quynhi is responsible for:

• Working alongside other leaders to plan new initiatives
• Identifying business function opportunities
• Correlating business priorities and value to planning activities
