Ranjika, Behaviour Support Practitioner

Ranjika Huppatz

Position: Behaviour Support Practitioner - Queensland

Ranjika is a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Support Practitioner with Ability Action Australia.

Since 2022, Ranjika has worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the Northern Territory. In this role, she supported teenagers and adults living with a diverse range of disabilities, including psychosocial disabilities and intellectual disabilities. She has also supported individuals living with epilepsy, autism, ADHD, language and speech disorders, sensory processing disorders, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and acquired brain injuries, among others.

Ranjika is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Psychological Science, and is set to complete this in 2026. Having recently relocated from the Northern Territory, she is looking forward to making a positive change within her new role, and engage with her new community.

Ranjika can provide support by:

  • Creating tailored support plans
  • Promoting independence and quality of life
  • Developing the participants skills

“I love working with my participants to achieve their goals and develop skills, and celebrating their successes together” says Ranjika.

Ranjika is excited to be supporting NDIS participants in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.
