Position: Clinical Lead, Clinical Excellence - Adelaide

Tracie has built her career in adult disability services, where her passion and dedication have flourished. Her work has primarily revolved around community-based occupational therapy interventions, which have enabled her to gain invaluable insights into individuals’ functional abilities within their natural environments.

Over the years, Tracie has meticulously developed her skill set, focusing on critical areas such as complex physical postural evaluation and wheelchair seating, complex home modifications, pressure injury prevention and management. Her experience in this domain has positively impacted the wellbeing of numerous individuals. Tracie excels in postural evaluation, ensuring that clients receive optimal support comfort and functional ability.

Throughout Tracie’s career, she has held a diverse range of roles that have allowed her to gain extensive experience and understanding around all facets of occupational performance and service delivery. Some of her previous roles include:

  • Chief Occupational Therapist and Managing Director
  • Acting Manager of Therapy Services
  • Senior Occupational Therapist and Manager of SA State Disability Equipment Program

In her current role, Tracie ensures the highest standards of clinical care and service delivery within her team, which includes clinical oversight, quality assurance and staff training and development.
