Vonn, an experienced Concierge Officer, has dedicated her career to empowering individuals with disability in their pursuit of meaningful employment.

Her background at Castle Personnel DES has given her in-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the disability employment sector. With trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery, she brings a unique skill set that allows her to connect with clients on a personal and vocational level, particularly those with a passion for culinary arts.

Vonn’s standout attribute is her extensive experience working with those living with a wide range of disability across all age groups, from 15 to 65. Her adaptability makes her highly effective in providing tailored support to individuals at different stages of life and with varying needs.

In her role as Concierge Officer with Ability Action Australia, Vonn has a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Acting as a first point of contact
• Organising and arranging participant appointments
• Providing information to participants and their families

“I love helping participants achieve what they want to achieve. Being a part of their journey and knowing they can live their life the way they want to live it is very rewarding,” she says.
